Your Spicy Stay

We're so excited to have you staying with us for your kinky escape. Here's how to find us and check in.

• Check in is typically from 6pm, but this can be altered if we have availability and at no extra cost. This must be pre-arranged and cannot be confirmed until 48 hours before your stay
• The Alchemy is Flat 2 West Hill Apartments. The Building is on the corner of West Hill Road and has allocated parking for one car
• The key safe is located to the left of the building, through the side gate. Use the top key safe labelled "2". The code is 7481
• You will need the keys to open the yellow parking barrier. 
• Please park in space number 2

• Heating is set to an ambient temperature suited to the time of year. The thermostat is in the lounge and you are welcome to change the temperature to your comfort. Please return it to 17C on leaving.
• Robes and towels are provided in the bedroom and main bathroom. Spares are in the wardrobe. 
• In the master bedroom the ceiling light and fan can be remote controlled. There is also a black out roller blind behind the venetian blinds
• Soap and shower gel is provided for you in the en-suite bathroom 
• Spare bedding is in the wardrobe
• In the lounge you will find a smart TV. Behind the TV cabinet are plenty of USB charger points
• The kitchen is fully fitted with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also an under counter fridge-freezer.
• All the windows in the lounge open. Please close them if you leave the property at any time.

We have a little house shop for you to browse during your stay with us. All items in the Naughty Corner are available to purchase and explore. Items are individually prices. 

Please message if you choose to buy anything and we will send you an online payment link on check out. 

All of our toys in the play room are also available for you to purchase if you enjoy using them. Message us for costings. 

The Alchemy has a dedicated play room for you to explore your every desire. All furniture, toys and equipment are there for your use.

After play, please place any used toys into the basket in the corner so that we can easily identify what requires a more 'intimate' clean. 

Please leave all the furniture and toys free of any fluids. You can use simple dish soap and a cloth, or the toy cleaner provided on the window sill.

There are scissors, condoms and personal lubricant available for your safety and comfort. 

We do not take any responsibility or accept any liability for injuries sustained using our play furniture or toys arising as a result of misuse, or inexperience.

• The building consists of seven other properties, six of which are holiday apartments. Please be mindful of other building users and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
• Do not smoke cigarettes inside. You may use vapes, candles and incense providing you ventilate the room during and after use. Smoke and heat detectors are located throughout the property.
• We do not provide insertable or battery powered toys, or rope as part of our reusable stock. These can be purchased from the Naughty Corner or you may bring your own. 
• Condoms are provided in the play room and the bedroom for your convenience.
• There is a toy cleaner in the play room should you need it to wipe any fluids off used toys
• Please do not prop open the front doors to the building, flat and kitchen. These are regulated fire doors. 
• A fire extinguisher and fire blanket are mounted to the kitchen wall by the kettle
• The water stop cock is located in the building lobby cupboard (opposite the door to Flat 2), and is clearly labelled.
• An extensive first aid kit and emergencies kit including rope scissors and bolt cutters are in the TV cabinet in the lounge. An ice pack is in the freezer.
• All extension leads provided have surge protect and are PAT compliant. 
• Please close windows if you leave the property for security reasons.
• Cleaning supplies are located under the sink. The vacuum cleaner is in the cupboard in the hallway.
• Guests accept all responsibility for any electronic equipment they bring into the property.

Check out is at 10am unless agreed otherwise.

When leaving, we ask that you kindly:

• Close all windows and doors
• Turn off all lights
• Flush the toilets
• Tie the top of the bin bags if they contain personal items/bodily fluids
• Place used towels in the bathroom
• Return heating thermostat to 17C
• Return the keys to the key safe
• lock the parking barrier in the upright position

Don't forget to pack:

• Chargers
• Toys including their remote controls!
• Lighting/cables
• New purchases

We can post items out to you if you leave them behind but this will incur a charge.

Please message us when you have left. 

If anything breaks or isn't working properly, please let us know so that we can repair it. We expect general wear and tear, so would rather you told us than worry about being charged for breakages! We will only expect payment for damages caused by carelessness or misuse. 

The Alchemy is a private property and as such welcomes professionals and content creators. 

If you wish to discuss regular hire or shorter rental periods please contact us. 

All of the above information applies to any guest staying at our property. 

You are solely responsible for any and all equipment you bring into the property. Please ensure that electrical items are in good working order and that you do not overload the plug sockets.
