We provide a space designed with your wellbeing in mind, equipped with quality, maintained furniture and play spaces for you to enjoy. However, the responsibility for safety ultimately lies with you as a guest. 

It’s essential to remember that any activities you choose to engage in within our space are done entirely at your own risk. While we provide various toys, equipment, and furnishings for your enjoyment, these are meant for novelty purposes only. 

Always ensure you use them responsibly, and never engage in activities you aren’t fully comfortable with or do not fully understand. 

We strongly advise you to assess your own physical and emotional limits before engaging in any form of play, and always take precautions to prevent injury.

Please note: The Alchemy is not liable for any injuries or harm that may come to you during your stay, whether from equipment or activities within the apartment. Be aware, be careful, and always trust your instincts.

 At The Alchemy, we are firm believers in responsible play. 

This means that we encourage all of our guests to stay within their limits and engage in conversations about boundaries before beginning any kink or fetish activity. 

Communication is key - even if you are an experienced participant, it’s essential to have clear discussions about desires, limits, and safe words with any partners before engaging in play.

We also ask that you remain sober while using restraints, toys, or other play equipment. It is not recommended to engage in kink play if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any medications that may impair your judgment, coordination, or ability to assess your own or others' safety. 

Remember, you are responsible for your actions. 

If at any point you feel uncomfortable, unsure, or unsafe, stop immediately and communicate with your play partners. We are committed to ensuring that everyone enjoys their stay in a controlled, respectful, and sensible environment. 

We have a zero tolerance policy for anyone found to not be adhering to these values.

Consent is the foundation of everything we do at The Alchemy. 

We do not tolerate any form of non-consensual play or inappropriate activity. 

Every action and interaction should be built on mutual respect and understanding. Should any guest engage in behaviour that violates our rules or causes harm to another, they will be immediately banned from using our facilities, with no exceptions.

Additionally, we have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any illegal activities. 

This is a private, adult space designed for consensual exploration, and we require all guests to respect both our house rules and the laws that govern our community. Activities that cross legal or ethical lines will not be tolerated. 

To ensure privacy and respect for all, play must be contained within the apartment. Any activities should remain discreet, and you are expected to clean up after yourself, respecting our cleaning crews and the shared space. We provide bins for intimate waste and bodily fluids, and we ask that you dispose of these responsibly. 

Our spaces are cleaned thoroughly between bookings, but your personal responsibility to maintain a clean and respectful environment is crucial. 

We also ask that you do not host more than six guests during your stay. While our space is designed to sleep two guests, larger gatherings may disturb other users of the building, and are not allowed.

Be mindful of others and respect our values of providing a safe space for the entire community.
